ProfessionalsA family with an active Plan2Build package asks for quotes. Each request goes to at most three contractors and shows the locality, not the family, until you agree to quote.
ProfessionalsNo. Clarifications go through Plan2Build, and quotes are compared on equal scope without showing one contractor’s price to another.
ProfessionalsYes, from your clients only. A family can rate you once they engage you through Plan2Build, and no one else can. Plan2Build moderates every review, you can reply or report one, and ratings never change your place in the directory. The inspections your work passes stay on your profile too.
